Not always. Sometimes, an item can’t be kept due to damage, style, age, or size. We keep a set inventory and prioritize those needs first.

If we are unable to keep certain items, we donate them to other trusted charitable organizations — like the Salvation Army and Be Heard.

We accept clean, in-season clothing with no stains, rips, smoke, pet hair, or soiling. Items should be free of odors and excessive wear.

Hygiene Essentials (new and unused): Toothbrushes, Soap, Hair Brushes, Underwear, Diapers, and other hygiene items
Bedding (new and unused): Bedding sets, Sheets, Blankets, Pillows, Towels
Clothing, Shoes, and Accessories (new or gently used): In-season clothing for men, women, and children (no stains or visible wear), Shoes (must look new), Jewelry, Purses, Belts, Bras
